  • 8 ounces smoked bacon
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard


  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix maple syrup, brown sugar and mustard. Place bacon on foil-lined baking sheet. Brush both sides with syrup mixture.
  3. Bake until browned and crisp, approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
