Deviled Ham on Rye with Radishes and Dill

Hand-held sandwiches are perfect for a spring tea party.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ham
  • 1 large stalk celery
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • ⅓ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ¼ cup fresh dill
  • 5-6 radishes, thinly sliced
  • cocktail rye bread*

*Sometimes cocktail rye sits for a while on the store shelf. Brush a bit of garlic butter on each slice before piling on the ham. It refreshes the bread nicely.

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except radishes and bread in a food processor. Process until very well combined and almost paste-like.
  2. Spoon generously on rye bread and garnish with radish and fresh dill sprigs.
