Ingredients

  • 3 cups tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 ½ cups onions, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons cilantro
  • 3 jalapeño peppers, chopped
  • 4 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a medium saucepan, and cook slowly over low heat until salsa reaches your preferred consistency, about 3 hours. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
