Easy Baked Spinach Dip

A classic crowd pleaser, this easy spinach dip can be prepared ahead of time and baked when you’re ready to serve.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces frozen spinach, thawed
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) petite diced tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Squeeze excess liquid from spinach and drain tomatoes. Combine in a medium-sized bowl with garlic, oregano, mayonnaise and cheese. (This step can be done a day ahead.)
  3. Place mixture in a casserole-style dish. Bake until brown and bubbly, about 20 to 25 minutes.
  4. Serve with crostini or tortilla chips.
