Easy Yogurt Veggie Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups low-fat plain yogurt
  • 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • ⅓ cup onion, minced
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup red or green pepper, diced
  • 1 envelope (about 1 ounce) vegetable soup mix
  • assorted raw vegetables for dipping

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients except raw veggies.
  2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve as a dip.
