- 1 cantaloupe, chopped
- 1 honeydew, chopped
- ½ seedless watermelon, chopped
- 1 ½ cups red seedless grapes, washed and plucked from stem
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup fresh spearmint, washed, dried and chopped
Instructions
- Mix together honey, lime and mint to make dressing.
- Pour over fruit and toss gently right before serving.
