Ingredients
- 2 apples
- 2 pears
- 2 oranges
- 1 grapefruit
- 40 green and/or red seedless grapes
- 1 pint blueberries
- 1 cup orange juice or enough to fill bowl half full
- 2 tablespoons sugar, if needed to sweeten fruit
- 1 teaspoon grenadine, optional
- fresh mint, optional
Instructions
- Peel and dice apples and pears. Peel and section oranges and grapefruit. Remove grapes from stems, and cut off tops if necessary.
- Combine all fruits in a large bowl.
- Add enough orange juice to fill bowl half full. Stir to coat fruit and prevent browning of fruit. If needed, add sugar to sweeten fruit.
