Rosemary Citrus Shortbread Cookies
These herbed shortbread cookies can be decorated with frosting or topped with whipped cream.

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
- Cream butter and sugar in mixing bowl, then stir in zest, ginger, lemon juice, rosemary and egg until combined.
- Add flour mixture, and mix until dough comes together. Chill for at least one hour.
- Roll out dough to ½-inch thick, and cut out cookies into any shape using cookie cutters.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes until the bottoms begin to brown.
Tips & Notes
