Oreo Lollipops

Try this simple twist on America’s favorite cookie, featuring Oreos, cream cheese and melted chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-ounce) package Oreo cookies
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • paper lollipop sticks
  • melted chocolate, optional

Instructions

  1. Pulse Oreos in food processor. Once they are crumbly, add cream cheese and pulse to incorporate. The mixture should have a shiny-looking sheen.
  2. Roll the mixture into balls and place a stick in each. They can be dipped in melted chocolate or eaten as is. Store in the freezer for best results.
