Honey-Apricot Glaze for Ham

This sweet, fruity glaze is perfect for a city ham.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup honey
  • 6 ounces orange juice
  • ⅓ cup soy sauce
  • ⅓ cup apricot jam
  • ⅓ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon cloves, crushed

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients together in medium bowl.
  2. Pour glaze over uncooked ham, and then cook ham as directed.
