Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Whirl on high until smooth.
