Ingredients
- ½ pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons walnuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons red onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Place a steamer basket in a large pot of water, and bring to a boil.
- Add green beans and steam for about 4 minutes. Transfer to a bowl. Add the walnuts and onion to the green beans.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar and mustard.
- Toss the dressing with the green beans. Season with salt and pepper.
