Ingredients
- 1-2 cups strawberries
- 1-2 cups blueberries
- 1 package (5-6 ounces) baby spinach leaves
Dressing
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- ¼ cup sugar
Instructions
- Slice strawberries and combine with blueberries.
- Mix fruit into spinach and place in large salad bowl.
- Mix mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar in a small bowl.
- Pour dressing over salad just before serving.
