Fresh Cranberry Relish

A Thanksgiving staple, this fresh cranberry relish features a whole orange that gives it a zesty kick.

  1. In a food processor, pulse cranberries until coarsely chopped. Set aside in a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Quarter the orange. Pulse the orange quarters (peel and all) in the food processor until finely chopped.
  3. Add the orange, sugar and green onions to the cranberries. Stir until well blended. Refrigerate.
