Oven-Roasted Tomatoes recipe

Instructions


  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees.

  2. Mix all ingredients and toss with tomatoes. Lay tomatoes on a sheet pan.

  3. Roast in the oven for 1-2 hours, or until the tomatoes and garlic begin to brown. Let cool before serving.

      Thanks for your comment. Actually, this recipe is correct with the temperature at 250 degrees Fahrenheit, because you are slow-roasting the tomatoes. They cook at a low temperature for a longer amount of time (1 to 2 hours). Hope this helps!
