This Southern classic combines shrimp, sausage, corn and potatoes for a one-pot meal.

Ingredients

  • 8-10 ears sweet corn, cut into 3- to 4-inch pieces
  • 4 pounds small potatoes
  • 3 ounces packaged crab and shrimp boil
  • 6 medium onions, quartered
  • 3 pounds raw shrimp, peeled, cleaned and deveined
  • 2-3 pounds Polish sausage, cut into chunks

Instructions

  1. Place corn and potatoes into a large stock pot. Cover with water and add package of crab and shrimp boil.
  2. Boil until potatoes just begin to get tender.
  3. Add onions, shrimp and sausage.
  4. Boil 5 more minutes, then drain off water and transfer to platters to serve.
