You may remember our post about what’s in season for spring, and now we’re breaking down summer. There’s tons of fresh produce available this time of year. Peaches, sweet corn and blueberries are summertime staples, but venture out this year and try produce like figs, okra and tomatillos, which are also in-season.

Apricots have a pretty short season, that runs through the end of July, so catch them when you can. Some varieties of the fruit are only available for a few weeks in late June, early July.

  1. One of my absolute favorite things about summer is the produce! I live in the Northeast so our summers are quick, so it’s important for me to soak up as much sunshine as possible while eating ALL the fruits and veggies!
