Stevia (Stevia rebaudiana)

You probably know stevia as the better choice sweetener. The leaves of the stevia plant are several times sweeter than sugar cane and can be crushed into a powder and used in place of regular sugar. The name refers to the plant itself, which can grow up to two feet tall and wide.
