New Hampshire Agriculture

New Hampshire might be a small state geographically, but its agriculture sector is thriving. Around 4,000 farms, each about 100 acres in size, produce a variety of crops in the Granite State. Both milk and greenhouse/nursery crops account for a large portion of the state’s agricultural sales receipts. Other top products include chicken eggs, cattle and calves, and maple syrup.
