- Preheat broiler on high setting.
- In a medium sized bowl, mix together lime juice, olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, pepper and onion powder. Toss filets in mixture until they’re evenly coated. Place on a foil-lined baking sheet. Broil 5 to 7 minutes, until flaky
- While broiling, gently warm tortillas in a non-stick frying pan. There’s no need to grease the pan. Swirl and flip them until slightly crispy and evenly browned.
- Place fish and toppings evenly on tortillas. Serve immediately.
