Citrus Marinated Smoked Turkey Breast
Tart citrus fruits add bright flavor to smoked turkey breast.


  1. Rinse turkey breast and pat dry. Place in a large zip-close bag.
  2. Pulse remaining ingredients until well chopped in a food processor. Do not peel the citrus fruits before pulsing. Spoon the mixture into the bag with the turkey. Marinate for 24 hours.
  3. Remove the citrus from the turkey. Smoke according to smoker instructions recommended by the manufacturer. If using a grill*, follow slow-roasting instructions.

*Add 1 tablespoon of liquid smoke to the marinade if using a grill instead of a smoker.
