- 4 cups water
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- ½ lemon, sliced
- 2-3 green tea bags
- ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ¼-⅓ cup maple syrup
- In a medium saucepan, bring water, berries and lemon slices to a boil. Reduce heat and stir occasionally until berries all pop.
- Add green tea bags and allow to steep for 5 minutes.
- Strain well. Stir in cayenne pepper and sweeten with maple syrup to taste.
