Wedge Salad
Crisp iceberg lettuce is the perfect base for creamy blue cheese, bacon, eggs and homemade dressing.


Pair this crisp salad with Potato Leek Soup for a full meal.


  1. Peel away outer leaves of lettuce. Quarter and place on four plates.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, honey and pepper. Spoon over each wedge.
  3. Divide eggs, bacon and green onions evenly over each wedge. Serve immediately.
