- Peel away outer leaves of lettuce. Quarter and place on four plates.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, honey and pepper. Spoon over each wedge.
- Divide eggs, bacon and green onions evenly over each wedge. Serve immediately.
