- 1 cup cucumber slices
- ½ cup fresh mint
- 1 sliced lime
- 2-3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- Add ingredients to 6 cups of water.
- If desired, sweeten with stevia, maple syrup or honey.
- Allow the 6 cups of water plus add-ins to steep overnight in the refrigerator. Strain well with a fine-mesh strainer.
