- 1 medium cucumber, peeled and seeded
- 3 green onions
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Puree cucumber and onions. Pour into a fine-mesh sieve and allow to drain well.
- Stir in yogurt, pepper and salt, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
