Fruit Kabobs with Cinnamon-Sugar Dip

Fresh fruit is easy-to-eat on bamboo skewers for a healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 10 large strawberries
  • 10 chunks of fresh pineapple
  • 10 pieces banana
  • 1 container silken tofu
  • ⅓ cup sugar or honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • bamboo skewers

Instructions

  1. Skewer the strawberries, bananas and pineapple onto 8 to 10 short bamboo sticks.
  2. In a food processor, combine tofu, sugar (or honey), cinnamon, and salt. Puree until very smooth. Adjust sweetness to taste
  3. Serve skewers with dip.
