- 1 cup parsley, lightly packed
- ½ cup fresh mint, lightly packed
- 3 cloves garlic
- ¼ cup plus 1 tablespoon olive oil, divided
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Puree parsley, mint, garlic, ¼ cup olive oil, salt and lemon juice.
- When well combined, spoon into a lidded container and drizzle with remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Tips & Notes
A little bit goes a long way with this sauce. Use it as a topping for our Lamb Burgers.
