- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt
- ½ scoop vanilla protein powder
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- ½ cup skim milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1 cup ice
- Add all ingredients to a blender in the order listed.
- Blend on high for at least 3 minutes. Scrape down sides of blender as needed. Add more milk to thin out smoothie if it’s too thick. Add more ice for a thicker texture.
