Salted Caramel Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients

Crust

  • 2 cups pretzel crumbs
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • ½ cup peanuts, chopped
  • ½ cup caramel sauce (homemade or store-bought)

Filling

  • ½ cup caramel sauce
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 8 ounces (1 block) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Topping

  • 2 cups whipped cream, sweetened
  • ½ cup caramel sauce
  • ½ cup peanuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Stir all crust ingredients until well mixed. Press into a 10-inch springform pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Set aside to cool.
  3. Whip filling ingredients together in a mixer, or stir vigorously with a spoon, until very smooth. Spoon evenly into cooled crust.
  4. Spread whipped cream evenly over the top of the pie. Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle peanuts on top just before serving. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Tips & Notes

This pie freezes very well. If freezing, wait until it is thawed to garnish with toppings.
