- 2 cups sweet tea
- ⅓ cup salt
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 pounds chicken thighs
- Combine all ingredients in a container with a lid. Refrigerate for at least 5 hours, turning once or twice.
- Prepare grill.
- Grill until center of thighs are done, reaching 165 degrees on a meat thermometer.
