- Heat broiler to high. Spread out crostini slices on a large baking sheet. Layer turkey and cheese on top of each slice. Broil until cheese is just melted and bubbly.
- In a bowl, combine cranberry sauce, onion powder and cayenne pepper. Warm mixture slightly in the microwave and stir well.
- On each crostini slice, layer spinach leaves on top of the cheese, then a teaspoon of the cranberry sauce mixture on top of the spinach. Serve immediately.
