Make this easy, seasonal appetizer, featuring fresh heirloom tomatoes, with homemade ricotta cheese.
- Slice the tomatoes and place them on a large platter.
- Divide the cheese over the tomatoes. Cut the basil into slivers (chiffonade style), and evenly distribute the orange zest and basil over the cheese and tomatoes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour over salad just before serving.
