Serve this pineapple, cheese and marshmallow salad over lettuce for a pre-meal treat, or dish it up as a sweet dessert.

Instructions

  1. Beat egg; add sugar, flour, pineapple juice and water. Cook over medium-low heat until thick.
  2. Cool and pour over pineapple, cheese, marshmallows and nuts mixture. Can be served as a dessert, or serve as a salad by placing on lettuce.
