  1. Hello,
I made this and it crumbles. it does not keep its shape at all when i try to slice it. The things i did different were… i used homemade oatmeal flour. I doubled the recipe to make two breads. I used 3 eggs and 1/4 of pureed blueberries. I used one 2/3 cur sugar and then 1 2/3 cup of raw honey.
What adjustmnets can i make to have the bread stay together?
(Ps – we use homemade oat flour bc wheat is a sensitivity for us and i dont like the gluten free blends)

  2. Michelle Have you tried Pamela’s pancake and baking flour? I’m gluten intolerant and use this blend for all my baking. I don’t like Bob’s Red Mill or any other flour. Pamela makes lots of gluten free products.
