- 1 medium sweet potato, baked until soft
- 4 tablespoons butter
- ½ cup honey
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Peel skin from potato. Place pulp with all ingredients in a food processor.
