Pink Blueberry Lemonade Recipe
Cool down with a refreshing blueberry version of pink lemonade.

  1. In a 1 quart glass measuring cup, combine sugar, 2 tablespoons of the blueberries and ½ cup water.
  2. Microwave on high until hot, about 1 minute. Stir until sugar dissolves.
  3. Add lemon juice and enough water to make 1 quart. Chill.
  4. Fill tall glasses with ice cubes, add chilled blueberry mixture and remaining berries, dividing equally.
  5. Garnish with lemon slices if desired.

    Despite their name, blueberries are actually pink inside, and heating up the sugar-blueberry mixture so the berries’ juice comes out will give the water a pinkish tint as opposed to blue!

  2. Wonderful! I had some leftover peach juice and substituted half the water in the recipe. Turned out delicious.

  3. That should work, but it will be sweeter than the original recipe with all the sugar in the frozen lemonade plus the sugar in the blueberry mixture. Let us know if you try it!
