Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • ½ cup toasted pecans, chopped
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • ½ cup celery, chopped
  • ½ cup golden raisins, optional
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients until well mixed. Chill until ready to serve.
  2. Serve over corn cakes or fried corn tortillas, or as a sandwich filling on your favorite bread.
