Ingredients
Dressing
- ½ cup canola oil
- ½ cup cider vinegar
- ¼ cup sugar
- salt and pepper, optional
Salad
- 1 can (16 ounces) green beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (16 ounces) wax beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (16 ounces) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (16 ounces) garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 small red onion, peeled and finely diced (about ½ cup)
- 1 medium green bell pepper, finely diced (about 1 cup)
Instructions
- Mix dressing ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Add beans, onion and bell pepper to dressing and toss to coat. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Tips & Notes
Steam or blanch fresh green and waxed beans instead of using canned, if desired.
