Ingredients
- 6 cups mixed salad greens, torn
- 3 cups seeded watermelon, cubed
- ½ cup onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- ⅓ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- cracked black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except oil and pepper.
- Just before serving, toss salad mixture with oil and garnish with pepper.
