Instructions

  1. Wash soybeans.
  2. Place in a slow cooker and pour boiling water over to cover.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours; do not overcook.
  4. Drain soybeans and let cool.
  5. Add apples and celery. Blend in cheese, salt and pepper.
  6. Cover and chill 2 hours before serving.
