Grilled Goat Cheese
Gooey goat cheese gets the grilled treatment.


Try this gooey grilled cheese with a Mixed Green Salad with Figs


  1. In a microwaveable bowl, melt butter, oil and garlic cloves to a simmer, about 1 minute. Set aside.
  2. Evenly distribute cheeses on 4 slices of the bread. Top with remaining slices. Brush each outside surface of the bread with the garlic-flavored butter/oil.
  3. Grill in a skillet over medium heat until the cheese melts and the bread is golden brown.
