  1. Place peaches, tomatoes and onions in a food processor and pulse until coarsely mixed.
  2. In a medium-sized saucepan, combine peach mixture, the juice of both lemons, zest and sugar. Stir and bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat, stirring occasionally, until thick, about 30 minutes. Set aside to cool.
