- Fry bacon until crisp. Drain excess grease and break each piece in half.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the chips on a large cookie sheet.
- Stir together beans, salsa and cumin. Spoon evenly onto chips. Place half a piece of bacon over the bean mixture on each chip. Evenly distribute cheese over each chip.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until cheese is melted and beginning to turn golden. Remove from oven and place a small dollop of sour cream, tomato slice and cilantro sprig on top of each. Serve immediately.
